- Go on volunteer trips and see successful projects, and find the local person who needs your support.
- Together write the project plan including funding needed, and have it sustainable. i.e. Free from western aid in 4 years
- Do your first fundraiser
- Find someone in the Rotary, go to their club meetings and ask to present your project. Ask the Rotary club to adopt your charity as an international project
- Setup and ABN
- Organize an annual volunteer trip to your project that bring money to your-1000 per volunteer.
- Organize two fundraisers per year
- Apply for Rotary matching grants. This will save you all the hassle of setting up a company, board and tax issues. Make sure your funds go to sustainability first.
